Katherine Jackson Got Paris, Prince and Blanket Back

Thank God.  Katherine got her grand children back as permanent guardian.  Tj, her grandson, will share the responsibility as co guardian.  They have been taking care of the children together anyway.  Prince, Paris and Blanket loves their grandmother and get along very well with their cousin Tj.  According to TMZ.com, “In a hearing this morning, the judge reinstated Katherine’s guardianship rights … and made TJ co-guardian, but only temporarily until an Aug. 22nd hearing. At that time the judge will consider making the split guardianship of Prince, Paris and Blanket permanent. ”

Katherine got the kids back because she filed for a sworn declaration.  She said she was tricked into traveling to Tuscan.  A doctor came to her house saying she needed to rest because of her high blood pressure.  When she was going away, she thought she was only going to see her sons perform and was told not drive, to fly instead.  When she arrived to Tuscan, her phone, ipad, hotel phone and television was taken away.  She had no idea that the kids were so worried about her.  When Katherine asked about her grand children, she was told they were fine.

Now Jermaine Jackson has backed off and disavowed his signature on a letter challenging his brother’s, Michael Jackson, estate executor.   Jermaine tweeted, “After much soul-searching, it is clearly time for us to live by Michael’s  words about love not war,” he said in an “olive branch” .  “I rescind my signature from the letter which was sent to the Estate, and  which should never have gone public,” he said.

According to nydailynews.com, Jermaine’s “deep reservations” about many issues involving his late brother’s lucrative  estate but will only pursue them in “private dialogue, not public conflict”  going forward.
